🔁 Return & Refund Policy – Zenlore Perfumes

At Zenlore, we ensure every product is carefully checked and securely packed before dispatch. Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, we follow a strict return policy.

 

📦 Returns

For safety and hygiene reasons, perfumes once delivered cannot be returned if:

• The product has been opened or used

• The seal is broken

• The packaging is damaged after delivery

We do not accept returns based on personal fragrance preference.


🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

• A damaged product

• A leaking bottle

• The wrong item


Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Clear unboxing video (starting from sealed package)

• Photos of the product and packaging

Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process claims.

 

💳 Refunds (If Approved)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Amount will be credited to the original payment method

(Shipping charges applicable)

 

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
